President of KYSHAPE, trainer for SHAPE America, retired HPE lead for Jefferson County Public Schools with 21 years of experience as an elementary physical educator. Born in the 606 (Paintsville), I'm now living in the 502 (Louisville). In my spare time, I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor at the Southwest YMCA. In addition, I am the president-elect of the Morehead State University Alumni Board of Directors.
