I love finding new ways to get my students interested in being active and helping them create habits that will follow them into adulthood. My newest approach has been incorporating group fitness style classes such as POUND, UrbanKick, Kettlebell AMPD, Body Pump, Tabata, and Bootcamp. into our middle school PE classes. I also offer these classes after school for faculty and staff.
